   You may cancel your booking by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a rescheduling. Refunds are only issued in cases of cancellation by us, or if specified in your plan terms.

4. Conduct and Safety
   Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor guidance. We reserve the right to remove any person from classes who endangers others or disrupts sessions.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content, logos, videos, and teaching materials are the intellectual property of SansHeat Dance Academy and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
   While we strive to deliver safe and engaging instruction, SansHeat is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur as a result of participation in our courses unless due to our negligence.
